Refund and cancellation Policy

1. Refund Policy:

a. Service Fee: The service fee charged for our assistance in processing your eVisa Turkey application is non-refundable, even if your application is rejected by the Turkey Authorities.
b. Turkey Government Fee: The Turkey Government Fee is non-refundable, as it is directly collected by the Government for processing the eVisa application.
c. Refunds are possible if your application has not been processed or submitted to Immigration for further approval. Any cancellation of the agreed service delivery due to factors beyond human control, such as natural calamities, accidents, Governmental restrictions, or other events of force majeure, will result in a partial refund, determined at our discretion.
d. Therefore, once services have commenced, they will be considered delivered, and you will lose the right to cancel your application. www.evisas-tr.org will explicitly request your permission to proceed with the processing of your eVisa application for Turkey at the time of submission.

Once your application is approved by the Turkey visa issuing authority, www.evisas-tr.org is unable to provide a refund, and you must comply with this policy. Applications processed or approved at the Turkey immigration desk cannot be canceled

2. Cancellation Policy:

a. Once an eVisa application has been submitted and payment has been made, it cannot be canceled or modified.
b. It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided in the application is accurate and meets the requirements. We cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions in the application.

3. Application Rejection:

a. If your Turkey eVisa application is rejected by the Turkey Authorities due to incorrect or false information provided by you, our website, www.evisas-tr.org, cannot be held liable.
b. It is important to carefully review all details before submitting your application to avoid any rejection or complications.

4. Discretionary Refunds:

a. In exceptional cases where there may be extenuating circumstances, such as technical errors or system failures on our part, we may consider providing a discretionary refund of the service fee. Such cases will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5.Payment Forfeiture:

If a traveler submits an application through our website along with the payment but fails to provide the required documents for further processing, we will initiate a follow-up process.
We will send up to four reminder emails to the traveler requesting the necessary documents.
If we do not receive the required documents within the specified time frame, the payment made will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
